Dr Sarah Collyer
Psychologist (Clinical Registrar)
Sarah is passionate about the development of human potential, and wellbeing across the lifespan. She approaches therapy with warmth, compassion, and a sense of curiosity, working collaboratively to understand your goals and needs and equipping you with the skills and strategies you need to move towards a greater sense of wellbeing.
Depending on your goals and particular needs, Sarah draws on skills and strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), as well as a grounding in developmental, attachment, and existential theories.
Sarah holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from The University of Adelaide, a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons) from Central Queensland University and a Graduate Diploma in psychology from Monash University.
Outside of work Sarah love spending my time doing yoga, walking in nature, and finding Adelaide’s best coffee and pastry!
