Chantelle Schutz is a dedicated psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Adelaide. She holds general registration as a psychologist, and is currently working towards her clinical registration.

Chantelle is passionate about supporting individuals across various psychological domains, with particular interests in:

• Alcohol and drug use challenges

• Anxiety

• Depression

• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

She enjoys working with clients of all age groups, tailoring her approach to meet everyone’s unique needs.

Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Chantelle integrates:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

• Mindfulness techniques

• Motivational Interviewing

Her practice is characterised by a non-judgmental and empowering approach, fostering a supportive environment for clients to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Currently, Chantelle offers individual appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys live music, morning walks, and spending quality time with family and friends.
